The UC Press Building in downtown Berkeley is the former printing press offices of the University of California, Berkeley. This project will completely renovate the existing 3-story concrete structure, while adding 3 additional lightweight metal stories above. The design is meant to be flexible enough to accommodate the growing business needs of the city, while also preserving the architectural integrity of the neighborhood.

The design was unanimously approved by the rigorous design review process. It will provide over 40,000 square feet of offices space as well as ground floor retail space. It is on track to receive LEED gold certification.
