The Gold Leaf cafe is a new quick-service coffee shop located in a former retail store. The tenant improvement included the permitting of an existing mezzanine space with spiral stair access for office use, a new accessible bathroom, new kitchen meeting health department requirements, and a mechanical ventilation system. A new automatic entry system allowed the existing door to remain. The small interior space required an efficient layout and a bright interior design.
