A very steep site and zoning limitations on the height of hillside ADU’s allowed a creative solution in this compact building. A split level entry mezzanine overlooks a light-filled living area, which overlooks canyon views. It is a tiered structure that is nestled in it’s surroundings while also providing a separate residence for extended family.
