STARTING CONSTRUCTION THIS FALL: This new co-living housing building will be the city’s first all-electric construction that uses innovative heating and cooling combined with an expansive solar array at the roof to achieve LEED gold certification. Located just west of downtown, the co-living model provides affordability by design. Additionally, the project provides three affordable units available to low income residents.
