Renovation of existing 3000sf sound studio into indie music venue & bar. Worked very closely with owners who were interested in creating a great space for music, and had a clear idea of what they were looking for. The plan is simple and functional, so that the owners could build out much of the project themselves.
Interiors were completely gutted, except for existing custom soundproofing at walls & ceiling. Project included a new bar, accessible bathrooms, new access to the mezzanine level, commercial kitchen, stage and back-of-house amenities.
